So sad to learn that Kim has passed. She was a wonderful colleague when we worked together in High Wycombe and we kept in touch after I’d left the firm and eventually retired to Wales a few years ago. We met Kim and John in the minibus from the airport in St Lucia along with Judy and Steve. We were there on our own to tie the knot. They all helped us celebrate our big day. We all had wedding cake after in our room watching the film John had made of our wedding. We also shared several walks in Derbyshire, staying overnight in Bakewell, a weekend in York, a surprise 30th birthday for Andrew at Gary Rhodes restaurant in London, meeting the man himself, lots more wonderful meals in lovely restaurants, spending time with you both and Chris and Julie when you came to watch Watford in Sheffield, and remembering your lovely wedding blessing weekend. I hope Andrew's up there waiting for you, Kim. Please look after eachother along with other friends and family. You will never be forgotten. Love always. xxx ❤️

May you Rest In Peace Kim. Your strength and determination to come and see Watford one last time despite being so poorly was amazing, especially keeping your smile, even with the performance and result! It is testament to you and John that so many people come to see you and chat with you. It was always a pleasure to see you in the lounge at Watford and hear about your holidays and tales of the fun times spent with your grandchildren. Also my friends are forever grateful for the Mojacar bus advice! Your smile will be missed by myself and the girls on the bar. Sleep tight now x

We met John and Kim whilst living in Holmer Green through mutual friends John and Anne Ward. We‘ve had decades of fun and laughter together with other pals Alan a Margaret. RIP Kim you were a precious and true friend to us all.

We met on a ski trip and enjoyed many a happy hour in Kim’s company- will miss you! Love Pat and Jim xx

So many of my best early memories are of times spent with Uncle John and Auntie Kim - painting frogs in the garden, meeting Thomas, getting ridiculously muddy watching the fireworks, eating my first ever Chinese takeaway and going to Woburn safari park and drinking flat fizzy drinks!! Me and Millie love you very much auntie Kim and miss you very much too, but we have so many lovely memories to look back on which is a blessing. Twister lollies have never tasted better than in your garden ❤️

So sad to lose a dear Sister in Law. A real fighter, who battled this awful disease right to the bitter end! I have lots of great memories from holidays, nights out and Watford wins! Kim was a lovely, kind and caring Aunt to her nieces, Olivia and Amelia, who also have some wonderful memories from sleepovers and days out. You will be sadly missed.

I admired Kim so much she was so courageous, she fought so hard and never gave up she was a shining example for us all. You will be missed. God rest you and keep you safe ❤️

We moved to Holmer Green in 1992 and we were so lucky to move next door to Kim & John. A great friendship grew and we had some fantastic times together. From B-B-Q’s over the back garden fence, to night school for our Spanish lessons. We cherish or time knowing Kim over all those years. Kim has been taken far too soon but she will be forever in our hearts.

Although Kim was my a couple of years younger than me she always and will be my BIG sister. I remember when we were kiddies. We had just moved into our RAF house with Mum and Dad. I wanted to play football with the other boys that we didn’t know them and I was too shy to speak to them. Kim stepped forward and said to them ‘can my brother play with you he is a good footballer…..’ they let me and even let Kim play but she was rubbish in goal….. love you Sis and you will always be with me xxx

It was a privilege to know Kim even though it was for a few years. Kim was always happy to share her wealth of knowledge and we enjoyed many conversations together, especially regarding her amazing sowing abilities! She was truly a talented lady! RIP xx

We had a friendship that spanned more than 40 years and survived the fiercest of football rivalries. I will always remember a fantastic day out with Kim at Queens Club for the Stella Artois tennis and maybe John you will recall having to work out where to pick 2 very drunk people who didn't know where they were...... What a truly wonderful lady. My heart goes out to John and family.

Kim and I became friends at the age of 14, whilst at secondary school. After school we both decided to go to college for 2 years to train as Medical Secretaries. We then both started work at Stoke Mandeville Hospital. We both had busy lives, but maintained a valued friendship for nearly 49 years. We shared many happy experiences. Thank you Kim...I will never forget you and the times we have shared. God bless xxx

Those words could not be more perfect for you guys, as I said earlier John, never did you speak without a reference to Kim. We loved her dearly.

I am lucky, my lovely Kim and I were together for 41 years. We were always together and did everything together during our enjoyable full life, side by side. I love her and miss her greatly xxx
